1. I am not in Ghana, I live abroad. Will my International VISA / MASTERCARD be accepted?
Yes, Your International VISA or MASTERCARD will be accepted. Your payment will go through successfully.
2. Can I pay in a foreign currency like USD or GBP?
Yes you can. We convert your currency into our base GHS currency, using the current prevailing exchange rates, before we charge your card.
3. Will I get a notification after payment?
Yes, we send you email notification ONLY when payment is SUCCESSFUL, to confirm your transaction.
4.How safe is the data i'm providing?
Your data is secured on a 256 Secured Socket Layer (SSL) HTTPS BIT encription. We DO NOT share your info with anyone.
5.Can i pay via Mobile Money?
Certainly, you can. We have MTN, AIRTEL, TIGO and VODAFONE activated for payment. Please note that VODAFONE users will have to generate a payment voucher via *110#(GH) and choose #6 for generate voucher. This will be required to complete your transactions.
